Founded in 2008 by a small group of Indiana University students, the Undergraduate Business Diversity Council (UBDC) was established to strengthen diversity within the Kelley School of Business. UBDC is committed to developing future global leaders who excel in today’s dynamic, diverse business environment and drive positive change for the future.

We provide exceptional experiences for our members, corporate partners, and faculty through initiatives like Speaker Series events, the annual Diversity Career Fair, the National Diversity Case Competition, corporate visits, mentoring programs, professional workshops, and social activities.
